Global Synergy for Leadership (GSL) is a Christ-centered organization committed to shaping the next generation of leaders who will transform their communities spiritually and socially. Since 2011, we’ve been equipping church leaders, community-based organizations, and individuals with the necessary leadership skills and life tools to make a lasting impact for God's Kingdom.


Our Mission is to EMPOWER a new generation of Christian leaders for Spiritual and Social Impact. 


Through a variety of innovative training programs, we aim to equip leaders with both spiritual wisdom and practical tools to lead effectively in today’s world.

Spiritual Impact 


Thousands of lives have been transformed through our programs. Our Univerity and school outreach activities has seen thousands come to Christ. Many others have transformed their local communities after they have been in our leadership program. 

Social Impact

 

From day one we have integrated practical skills and family dynamics lessons in our programs. Our practical Entrepreneurship lessons have inspired many church and community leaders into launching subsistence activities to support their families and communities.

In November 2018, I left for the campus to say goodbye to my classmates because I was going to return to the village and come back a few years later when my father's salary situation would be fixed. That's when I found the poster advertising a training course on The Fundamentals of Social Entrepreneurship, organized by Global Synergy for Leadership. Participation was free and I was very excited about the opportunity.  During the three-day course, I had come to realize that I had the power to change my situation, that I could start from scratch and build something.
